Registration
Attendance
If you wish to attend for all or part of the Conference, you must complete the REGISTRATION AND ORDER FORM (PDF file) and return it, with your registration fee of £35 per person (£20 for full-time students), to the Conference Secretary. Please return your booking form as soon as possible, and by Tuesday 1st December at the latest.
We regret that we may not be able to accommodate those who do not book, and you are therefore strongly advised to return your form in good time.
If you know someone in Christian ministry who is unable to come solely because of financial constraints, please ask him to contact the Secretary. Such representations will receive sympathetic consideration, although we may not be able to help in every situation.
Meals
Hot drinks will be made available at both lunch and tea time on both days for all those attending the conference. A packed lunch (including cold drink) is available for a cost of £5 per day, or there are ample facilities for the purchase of food on Tottenham Court Road, which can be brought back to the venue to eat. Again, those with financial constraints should contact the Secretary.
If you wish to order meals, please ensure that your completed REGISTRATION AND ORDER FORM is returned, together with a stamped, addressed envelope for your meal tickets by 26th November.
We regret that:
- refunds cannot be made for meals ordered but not taken
- meals can only be provided if they have been ordered

Directions and Map
The conference will be held at Whitefield Memorial Church (“The American Church in London”) which is located at 79a Tottenham Court Road in the West End of London, just north of Goodge Street station on the London Underground Northern line. Warren Street on the Victoria and Northern lines is a 10 minute walk (heading south) to the church. Tottenham Court Road on the Central and Northern lines is a 10 minute walk (heading north). Buses 10, 14, 24, 29, and 73 stop outside the building.
