Registration

Attendance

If you wish to attend for all or part of the Conference, you must complete the REGISTRATION AND ORDER FORM (PDF file) and return it, with the registration fee of £35 per person (£20 for full-time students), to the Conference Secretary. Please do this as soon as possible.

We are required to give numbers to the Conference Centre beforehand and by December 2nd at the latest. Therefore please return your form in good time and avoid turning up on the day without prior booking.

If you know someone in Christian ministry who is precluded from coming solely on financial grounds, please ask him to contact the Secretary. We may be able to assist, although there will, of course, be a limit to what we can do.

Meals

Packed sandwich lunches will be available at a cost of £5 per day. There is a restaurant on the premises and hot meals, snacks and drinks may be purchased. There are also ample facilities across the road in Euston Station.

Hot drinks will be made available at lunch and tea time on both days for all Conference members. Purchasers of the packed meal will find a cold drink included.

If you are a fulltime Christian worker and would like a meal but are unable to afford it, we may be able to help if you let us know in good time.

If you wish to order meals, please ensure that your completed REGISTRATION AND ORDER FORM (PDF file) is returned, together with a stamped, addressed envelope for your meal tickets by 26th November.

We regret that:

  1. refunds cannot be made for meals ordered but not taken
  2. meals can only be provided if they have been ordered

Publication of Papers

The papers given at the Conference will be published, it is hoped by May/June.
